DVD Review | Strangers ITV
It's Monday.
I'm blogging. I'm excited to be writing on here today. I have another review, which I have done on this blog before, so I'm not new to it.
When I heard that ITV were going to be making a new crime drama series set in Hong Kong, I had to give it a watch. I loved it. I was hooked from the start, so good. Hong Kong is actually somewhere I secretly want to live or maybe visit. I can dream right?
I love John Simm as an actor. I've not watched everything he's been in but I was very happy to hear he was going to be in this series. I thought, yes, finally something exciting and gripping with one of my favourites in it. I knew everyone in Strangers was going to be good. I fell in love with everybody. Loved them all.
And you all know about my love for Japan and Japanese everything.
I immediately fell in love with Lau when she first came on screen. She's not only beautiful but she's so different and my kind of girl I would love to have as my girlfriend. I adore girls that take no shit and aren't afraid to speak their minds and be themselves. Girl after my own heart, for sure. Love girls like that. I have a huge girl crush on Katie Leung anyway so that's a bonus haha. I think myself and her would get on very well. Sometimes you just can't help falling in love with a female character.
I won't go into every episode because this post would be millions of miles long. Strangers is awesome and I really hope there's going to be a second series of it because I would love to know what happens next. If you haven't watched it, I won't spoil it for you but you can get the DVD and see for yourselves. I'll be blogging all week hopefully, so I will be back with another post tomorrow. Enjoy the rest of your day guys, Kate xoxo.
